At ASi Networks, we consider customer service and support to be our primary responsibility. We offer our Network Support Plus (NSP) program, which is a customized managed service agreement program designed to meet the needs of our diverse client base. The NSP program provides our customers with both on-site and remote technical support under specific Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). However, whether you are an NSP customer or not, we offer here on this website a number of on line training tools that you can utilize. By clicking on the “Training Tools” tab, you can access our ever-expanding library of on line resources from CISCO, Microsoft, HP and other ASi business partners. In addition, both our NSP and non-NSP customers alike can connect remotely to one of our certified systems engineers. When instructed to do so, click on “Start a Webex Support Session,”and you will be connected remotely to an ASi team member that will be ready to solve any technical problem you might be experiencing.
