Sales Account Executive

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our fast-growing technology company within the Southern California area. The candidate will be responsible for selling to the business community with a strategic focus on Cisco solutions. 

Responsibilities

Primary job responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new clients and opportunities through cold calling, networking and other lead generation activities
  • Identifying new clients and opportunities through cold calling, networking and other lead generation activities
  • Using a consultative sales approach to gather information and conduct sales presentations to key IT decision makers
  • Closing sales opportunities and achieving sales targets established in an annual sales plan.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal and professional networks; and continuing education
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2+ years of business to business sales experience
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with IT decision makers
  • Experience selling complex solutions or products to high level decision makers
  • Technical background desired but not mandatory
  • Sales experience with Cisco products and solutions will be considered a major plus
  • Must be able to work independently and at a fast pace with a strong competitive drive
Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation plan with base salary plus commission and bonus, along with a full benefits package. Salary, commissions and bonus will be based on years of experience and annual sales goals. Our Sales Account Executives enjoy:
