Corporate Social Responsibility Policy Statement

Since our founding in 1998, ASi Networks has embodied the spirit of corporate social responsibility, and we are committed to the highest standards of corporate citizenship. Our culture and values are rooted in service, integrity, and taking personal responsibility for our actions, outcomes, and reputation.

Sustainability Goals

Reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 25% by 2025. This goal aims to reduce the company’s direct and indirect emissions by 25% from the 2015 baseline year. The company will achieve this by implementing energy-efficient measures, using renewable energy sources, and optimizing its supply chain.
 
ASI will reduce Scope 3 emissions by 30% by 2030. This goal aims to reduce the company’s indirect emissions from sources such as transportation, waste disposal, and purchased goods and services by 30% from the 2015 baseline year. The company will achieve this by collaborating with suppliers, optimizing logistics, and promoting sustainable practices among customers.
 
ASI has established a corporate policy to achieve a 30% reduction in landfill waste by 2030. This goal aims to eliminate the amount of waste sent to landfills by 2030. The company will achieve this by implementing a waste reduction program, recycling, and composting.

Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

ASi Networks’ Code of Conduct provides mechanisms to prevent dishonest or unethical conduct and fosters a culture of honesty and accountability. This policy outlines the responsibilities of our employees, including ensuring that our suppliers are aware of their obligation to conduct themselves in a legal and ethical way.
