I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the work your guys have done for us during our move. We’re always happy with Kanna when he comes to assist us, but I really want to point out the exceptional work Dustin and Scott have done. In the last couple of weeks Dustin has been able to answer all the questions we’ve had regarding our systems and has even taken the extra step to assist us with some other end user issues. As you know, I’ve worked in I.T. as a trainer and have dealt with an excessive amount of customer service, so I am aware of the importance of great customer service in I.T. Scott still needs to complete a few things in the office today, but all in all ASI has done an exceptional job for Ludwick Family Foundation and I wanted you to be aware of it. ASi Networks installed my phone system and setup all my employees with personal extensions. Some companies services would have stopped then, but they did a complete training with me to fine tune the system with music on hold, greetings, and more. They support me throughout the year and I would not go anywhere else for my phone system and IT business needs.–MediaBlend
